Using technology and design to produce quality billiards
Our numerical control machine that grinds and squares the frame and the slate of the billiard table.
This machine is the only one in the world capable of giving the billiards such a squaring as to make it a perfect rectangle. Thanks to the contribution of electronics, we are able to obtain matchless and highly performing game plans.
Designed and built by MBM Biliardi, the only ones in the world to own it and carry out these processes, this machine gathers the very heart of the billiard table, slate and frame, performing two fundamental operations on them so that the table is transformed from a simple piece of furniture to a very high precision.
The first consists in the rectification of the slate surface which gives the ball a perfect smoothness and therefore ideal trajectories.
The second operation is represented by the squaring of the billiard table made through a diamond tip which, rotating around its perimeter, simultaneously cuts the slate and the frame, with the utmost perfection.
Pantograph: the numerically controlled machine perfects and shapes the billiard line
This machine, in addition to milling and drilling all the billiard components, to make them suitable for the final assembly, allows to identify and exclude the defective and inaccurate ones from the processing. This selection is guaranteed by a vacuum system, created and designed for each component. The same machine is able to check elements of different lengths over 3 meters with the same system. With these processes we are able to obtain increasingly complex shape components, which allow us to reach increasingly modern projects.

The second operation is represented by the squaring of the billiard table made by means of a special special tool which, rotating around its perimeter, simultaneously cuts slate and frame, thus obtaining the maximum perfection of squaring at 90 ° between the playing surface and the lateral perimeter of the slate / frame.
Pantograph: Drilling and milling of the sides
This process allows us to obtain a side plan of all the billiard tables produced, in a single piece side / drum. All this is very important for the purposes of the game as we are able to have a linear and uniform rubber support (drum), thus obtaining a uniform billia / rubber established strike height for the entire billiard playing field. Furthermore, the external dimension of all the components obtained, and various technical details that cannot be manually controlled are faithful to the tolerances established in the project diagrams.
Billiard side upholstery
All sides are upholstered by highly specialized technicians and with useof certified materials of first quality, including professional rubbers and various clothsdepending on the specialty of the game.
